Job Details

The Latin America Regional Service Area Lead is responsible for the Service Area strategy for the region, aligned with the global CoE strategy and delivered via Local Service Area teams. Accountable for the end-to-end delivery of the Service Area scope with a regional and market focus. This role will work with the countries to enhance the effectiveness and impact of the CO visions and actively lead the implementation plans within this region. The Service Area Lead ensures the team sets the strategy and then successfully executes, delivering outstanding service levels and also within compliance.

**Core Responsibilities:**

+ Lead all CO Sales and Marketing Services (SMS) and Digital Channel Enablement (DCE) areas for LA, including: Sales Force Automation/Deployment, Incentive Compensation, Contract Sales Management, Promotional Operations, Samples Management and eMCM Platforms

+ Develop the LA SMS & DCE local organizations providing direction and management oversight to the market teams working together with the CO Market and Cluster Leads as well as to the MCM local leads, BT regional partners and the Local Commercial Leads.

+ Partner with Regional Leadership, and the Global SMS and DCE CoE to develop, drive and implement SMS and DCE strategies within the Global Design guidelines Ensure SMS team members are delivering quality service, within compliance, and that business leaders are apprised of any issues and directs the development and delivery of measurable multi-channel marketing services for the BU that deliver maximum value from collective MCM investment across BU's, ensuring adherence to channel standards and compliance requirements

+ Contribute to overall BU strategy by partnering with Regional and Country Marketing & Digital organizations to

+ Define LATAM SMS & DCE Strategy

+ Develop integrated brand SMS and MCM plans that align to brand/ BU and cross-BU strategies and goals

+ Define and develop services above market ensuring a cost effective model at regional level

+ Identify powerful insights based on HCP channels behavior and market opportunities

+ Ensure efficient deployment of Multi-Channel solutions in LATAM Region to meet BU imperatives Regional service SPOC, act as liaison between Market SMS and MCM colleagues and Global Center of Excellence, responsibilities will include representing regional needs to CoE and ensuring that Global projects are rolled out within region.

+ Bring regional priorities and needs to the Global CoE and ensure that global strategies and policies are applied in the markets

+ Collaborate with the rest of CO ensuring end to end service and integrated approach is delivered to the business.

+ Overall responsibility of key stakeholder engagement and business expectations management together with the CO Market and Cluster Leads (partnership agreements and demand management)

+ Design and develop proposals to deliver end to end service by optimizing resources and bringing cost efficiencies by working in collaboration with CO Market and Cluster Leads , particularly with change management and value creation

+ Support the CO Market and Cluster Leads in leading the SMS organization. Support in the development, engagement and motivation of the team, recruitment and retention of talented colleagues. Additionally, support in the performance management of the team ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to perform effectively

+ Accountability and joint responsibility with the Market and Cluster Leads as well as the CO Lead for scope, direction, priorities of Field Force Effectiveness strategy across the region - Challenge status quo to drive both Field Force productivity improvement and customer value

Seek out SMS and DCE good practices from markets /regions/ CoE and share across the region
