+ This is a high profile leadership role with accountability for the cardiovascular regional brand team for the IDM region.

+ In partnership with countries & our alliance partner, this leadership role is responsible for the development & delivery of the cardiovascular business across IDM.

+ This role reports into the Senior Director, Regional Lead and represents a unique opportunity for regional marketing leadership experience on a key brand with multiple indications, and to closely collaborate with country brand and leadership teams.

+ The successful candidate has responsibility for leading and continuing to refine the IDM strategy and associated activities to ensure strong growth across the region in partnership with our alliance partners. Leadership of the regional brand team, country alignment and providing commercial input into regulatory and lifecycle decisions are key elements to the role.

+ Champion cross-functional alignment to shape the environment, educate patients and consumers on the benefits of stroke prevention and driving a clear value proposition for cardiovascular with payers and physicians.


+ Development of the IDM strategic and operational plans in partnership with our alliance partners to drive clear positioning, differentiation and access. Ensure strategic direction and messaging is based on deep customer insight and market dynamics. Define aspirational goals and ensure efficient capital allocation in support of maximising brand growth.

+ In partnership with country colleagues assume responsibility for brand revenue, OPEX and associated financial planning (P&L leadership). Monitor performance of the business and implement course-correcting actions.

+ Ensure that financial forecasting is rigorous and is aligned to brand opportunity/market dynamics and reflects growth aspirations.

+ Lead the cross-functional brand team and ensure continuous development of people within team setting; provide leadership and management of direct reports to foster a strong Patients First culture.

+ Align key stakeholders (inclusive of alliance partners, IM Country Leads, Medical, Regulatory, Finance, GH&V and BAI) to ensure executable strategies and aligned tactics to maximise brand revenue goals and effective use of OPEX.

+ Support the development and implementation of innovation / DTT, multi-channel and other critical marketing capabilities. Identify internal and external best practice for our business and provide support in the implementation of this as required.

+ Develop and lead an engaged, productive and efficient team and marketing organization/culture that puts the patient needs at the heart of its decision making.

+ Conducts all activities and makes decisions that are in accordance with Company policies & SOPs, Pfizer Values, & global regulatory guidelines (including cGMP/cGLP/cGCP).

+ Champion patient and customer insight and stakeholder relationships as being core to our success. Develop overall infrastructure support platform that makes it easy to prescribe, obtain, take, and pay for cardiovascular brand

This role can be based virtually from any IDM Pfizer office location in EU.
