What You'll Do
As we are entering into our Digitization Phase within Cisco Supply Chain, we are developing the next generation of Logistics Capabilities that will be offered to customers in the following years. Your work is to make a positive impact to the customer´s perception around Cisco´s Logistics and delivery experience as we deploy these new capabilities

Who You'll Work With
This role is responsible to interact with North American Customers (Internal/External) on all Logistics Related aspects, drive customizations for a particular segment of customers, project manage solutions and interact with all logistics internal functions and areas to drive CSAT increase by addressing fixes to current logistics issues. 

In this customer impacting role, you will
* Lead the Americas logistics sites on managing our Customer Logistics tools, metrics and processes generating a collaborative approach to resolve customer cases timely and with the expected quality levels
* Collaborate with Supply Chain Operations, customer-facing teams and end-customers to achieve high quality performance, manage exceptions, outline requirements, and drive new services
* Create, Track and Report logistics performance and customer satisfaction indicators for North America customers
* Work with cross functional teams in the identification of process improvement and solutions to address operational challenges of a complex nature which may require cross functional / cross organizational issue resolution
* Coordinate all documentation troubleshooting aspects impacting customers. Export Declaration, Incoterms, Commercial Invoicing issues, etc.

Who You Are
* +5 years of Experience dealing with Canada and US logistics aspects (Warehousing, Transportation, Customs, etc)
* Knowledge on US Import/Export Operations 
* Experience working for high tech industry and supply chain areas
* Experience dealing directly with Customers
* Wide knowledge on 2010 Incoterm Rules
* Strong communicator (written and verbal) and ability to create executive friendly presentations on complex business
* Spanish as a 2nd Language is preferred
* Strong organization and priority setting skills
* Analytics - ability to aggregate large amounts of data, filter for importance, and analyze, dissect and tie together in a context relevant “story” designed to drive action
* BS degree, MBA is a nice to have
