Desired location:  Northern CA, Denver, CO, Las Vegas, NV, or Phoenix, AZ.

Will consider candidates interested in full or part time schedules. 


The primary responsibility of this position is to provide education, enrollment support and retirement expertise to the employees of  Prudential's large defined contribution plans.   The candidate selected will be responsible to engage, organize, and effectively conduct education meetings at client locations throughout their primary region and beyond.

  • Ability to develop strategic relationships at Centers of Influence within their assigned territory.
  • Work with Communication Directors, Relationship Managers & Client Service Reps and/or client to deliver specific strategies including presentations which meet the individual needs of each employee group.
  • Ability to perform effective presentations.
  • Is an effective presenter to diverse groups with varied financial backgrounds
  • Is versed in defined contribution plans and the advantages of each plan regarding retirement savings.
  • Is knowledgeable concerning asset allocation and diversification concepts.
  • Possesses a comprehensive knowledge of mutual funds/separate accounts, and maintains an understanding of the risk/reward tradeoff for all securities and a willingness to review and communicate the objectives of all mutual funds that participate in Prudential's plans.


  • Minimum of 3-5 years of financial services, retirement services or similar industry experience.
  • FINRA Series 6 or 7 & 63 required at time of hire.
  • State Insurance licenses preferred at hire or able to obtain within 60 days.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong preference for bi-lingual, the ability to speak and write Spanish fluently.
  • Results oriented.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed goals.
  • Must be willing to travel up to 100% of the time.
