What You'll Do

The Regional Manager role will lead the Indonesia Commercial Business and will report to Indonesia Country Managing Director. He/she will be responsible to lead the Sales Operation for Commercial segment, lead the hie/her team and work with multiple stake holders such as Engineering community, Partner Business Group, Cisco ASEAN functional team and with all external key stakeholders, customer and partner.

Who You Are
You possesses strategic technical knowledge, and can succeed as a leader and mentor in a demanding and rewarding sales environment. Possessing skills both in sales skills and technical knowledge to make presentations and lead customer discussions to advance the sales process.

You must have more than 10 years in Sales role and minimum 5 years as Sales Management role with proven top sales performance track record, having deep market understanding for Financial segment, Retail and distribution segment, oil and gas, public sector and manufacturing sector. Strong leadership and ability to work with cross functional team across the company are the key element of the successful candidate.
