What You'll Do

 Cisco seeks a Regional Sales Manager to lead a team of US Virtual Renewal Representatives in the sales of security annuities offerings for Email &Web Security, Advanced Malware Protection offerings, Identity Services Engine, and additional security portfolio offerings as they emerge for US Commercial.

 * Develop and execute sales strategies and tactics that maximize Cisco's retention and growth of our security portfolio install base
 * Drive an annual booking/revenue quota of $100MM+
 * Develop sales plans and deliver accurate forecasting
 * Expand adoption by positioning to the partner and customer the value proposition for Cisco's Security Architecture
 * Reinforce existing relationships, and proactively drive complimentary customer investments.
 * Strong team leadership of an inside sales force and experience building customer and partner relationships
 * Marshall team resources to create new opportunities from our renewable security business base
 * Attract, retain, motivate, and develop a virtual solution sales team of 8-10 sellers
 * work closely with various Business Unit teams to provide feedback on our security annuities offerings to drive deeper customer investments.

Who You Are

 * BA/BS degree - MBA or graduate degree preferred
 * 3+ years sales management of an inside sales organization (preferably focused on annuity/renewal sales)
 * 5+ years of sales experience
 * Ability to speak and write for executive action
 * Practical experience closing large, strategic deals
 * Proven success as a leader and mentor in a demanding sales environment
 * Knowledge of Americas and Global security market trends and technical knowledge in the security sales business
 * Strong analytical skills to manage large opportunity pipelines
 * Proven leadership skills in a cross-functional teaming environment
 * Deep experience leading sales execution, pipeline management, and business analysis for an annuities sales team.
 * Demonstrated success leading a dispersed account team
