Psychiatric RN provides safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy. They provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team. The concepts of Patient centered care will provide the foundation for all nursing care.  They will demonstrate the Service Excellence standards at all time.

  • Education/Qualification
    • Graduate of an accredited or NLN approved RN program
    • Current License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the District of Columbia or eligible to obtain by start date
    • Current certification of basic life support for healthcare Professionals (BLS)
    • Must successfully pass any pre-employment assessment(s) required by the facility
    • Prefer one year full time or three years part time experience in acute care setting.
