We are seeking Registered Nurses with psychiatric assessment experience.

This position:

Coordinates admission operations of hospital to ensure care delivered to patient in accordance with hospital and regulatory standards.

Coordinates Assessment and Referral process to ensure effective work and communication with other hospital departments, personnel and referral sources.

Coordinates the scheduling of clinical assessments and monitors for providing of appropriate disposition.

Obtains and disseminates additional clinical information related to potential patient to appropriate staff for discussion of concerns and admission approval.

Completes admission assessment in a timely manner and makes appropriate referrals for patients that are not clinically appropriate for admission to Spring Mountain.

Actively participates in the daily functions of the Assessment and Referral Department.

Positions available on all shifts.


Must have experience working in a clinical setting, providing direct patient care and/or previous admission experience.

Appropriate on-the-job training and experience to meet the duties and responsibilities of this position.

Able to demonstrate knowledge of organizational structure and programs provided by the hospital.

Must have marketing and sales abilities, as well as, the ability to complete clinical assessments, review lab results.

Must have ability to work independently.

Requires a current Nevada license as an RN.
