Position Title: Regulatory Initiatives Analyst

Job Location: Iowa-Dubuque
  • Supports plan specific government agency audit process; coordinates timely and responsive replies; tracks inquiries for trending purposes; implements improvement ideas, as appropriate.
  • Supports Regulatory Settlement Agreement responses for all of Retirement (not limited to just TSS) to applicable government agencies.
  • Responsible for 408(b)(2) fulfillment, as well as, 408(b)(2) and 404(a) governance and system enhancements, as necessary, to ensure continued compliance.
  • Support compliance related projects, development of training, and/or organizational initiatives.
  • Keep informed of all legislative and regulatory issues (and changes) and provide proactive follow-up support to communications issued by Prudential Retirement.
  • Support internal partners and external clients in completion of annual plan audits (as part of Form 5500 filings).

  • Project Management skills or proven experience with large scale projects.
  • Possesses broad knowledge retirement functions, processes and systems.
  • Ability to work as part of multi-functional project team and provide guidance to help achieve team goals.
  • Ability to motivate teams of people to encourage high standards of performance without formal authority.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and manage conflicting priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to mentor/coach less experienced associates.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to foster relationships with internal partners.
  • Computer proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel, and preferable proficiency with Microsoft Powerpoint, Access, Visio and Project.
