What You'll Do
You'll help us transformation Cisco's global supply chain processes by managing and helping the new capabilities be released into our ERP through the Supply Chain Transformation (SCT) release process. This stage gate process is where all deliverables are tracked to ensure the new capability is ready for production and stakeholders are informed.

As a Supply Chain Transformation Release PM you will:
- Own and drive the quarterly release from kick-off to Go-Live.
- Ensure that the deliverables for the capabilities are tracking to schedule and mitigate any risks to the deliverables while managing expectations.
- Be accountable for the mitigation of risk/issues arising for the scope items.
- Align with various stakeholders - scope PMs, test team, cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of scope and schedule.
- Provide input and drive continuous improvement to the program operating model, engagement model, governance and decision framework.
- Support key leadership update meetings, including the program operating committee and steering committee as needed.

The Supply Chain Transformation (SCT) team is chartered to architect and build the supply chain of the future. The SCT team enables its charter by utilizing core competencies; setting the supply chain strategy, designing the target business architecture, and delivering through flawless program execution.

Supply Chain Transformation's Program Management team is responsible for owning and driving the execution of large cross functional initiatives. The SCT Program Managers use their unique blend of hands-on supply chain experience and their working knowledge of business operations and IT systems to successfully enable capability and deliver results.

Who You Are
The Supply Chain Transformation Release Program Manager is a key position in ensuring a smooth release. The successful candidate will lead the implementation of system capabilities for large cross functional initiatives through the release management process.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Understanding of software release processes preferably within ERP environments and in supply chain functions.
- Prior experience implementing projects to timelines and tracking deliverables.
- Proven track record driving successful, cross functional Supply Chain related initiatives.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills both at a working and executive level.
- Ability to clearly articulate business problems that need to be solved.
- Understanding of Oracle ERP in Supply Chain.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 5 years Supply Chain or related Operations experience.
- 2 years Program Management Experience leading medium to large cross-functional initiatives.
