What you'll do at

Collaborates with dairy plant engineer and Home Office resources on dairy plant driven projects (for example, Energy Reduction Initiative, Ammonia
Refrigeration, Wastewater Systems) by planning and directing all process design activities; executing process development projects and initiatives;
and reviewing and reporting on process and product improvement opportunities.
Interprets process design and product improvement metrics by providing business solutions for timely execution; communicating recommendations to
leadership; monitoring all project stages (for example, concept development, process design, commercialization, scale-up); and ensuring project
i mprovements meet budget guidelines.
Provides resources and training needed to execute projects by designing and implementing improvement plans and changes; maintaining records of
facility improvements and changes to improve efficiencies; and providing recommendations to leadership as needed.
Drives and builds the automation systems process by identifying complex problems related to scaling and performance (for example, multiple parties,
networks, hardware, software); performing system root- cause analysis; communicating potential risks with current processes; and implementing up to-
date development strategies.
Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and
guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and
building commitment for perspectives and rationales.
Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business
needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on
i mprovement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.
Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by
incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans; using the Open Door Policy; and demonstrating and assisting others
with how to these in executing business processes and practices

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (for example, Mechanical, Computer, Chemical), or related field and 3 years’ experience in Reliability, Process,
Project and/or Plant Engineering in a medium or large size manufacturing company OR 5 years’ experience in managing maintenance projects,
design and implementation of food product/process improvement; and new product development and processing system installation in a start-up
OR 6 years' working experience in Logistics Maintenance Manager.

Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in Engineering (for example, Mechanical, Computer, Chemical), or related field and 3 years’ experience in Food/Dairy/ Processing
Engineering OR CMMS, (Systems Applications and Products) SAP or other ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) tool OR managing Total
Productive Maintenance (TPM) OR designing or maintaining building, process, and packaging equipment OR Ultra-High Temperature (UHT)
Pasteurization and Aseptic Filling.
Certified Materials & Resource Professional CMRP
Lean Six Sigma Green / Black Belt certification
