The **Remediation Program Manager** will coordinate execution of quality, manufacturing, engineering, and validation compliance remediation activities under direction of technical leadership at the McPherson site pharmaceutical manufacturing facility per the defined Quality Plan. Manages multiple projects and ongoing work activities of moderate complexity across functions. Activities may include development, coordination and execution of testing, change requests, protocols and document revisions as required to meet regulatory and cGMP requirements.


Manages schedule, coordination of multiple sub-projects, issue escalation and resolution, communications, etc. across the assigned Program. Apply technical knowledge of Operations, Quality, Validation, etc. along with internal/external business challenges to provide input into recommendations for improvements. Support project objectives through document reviews, training course development, and hands on training. Time management to ensure stated deliverables are met on time, within scope and budget. Directs and/or review outputs of contractors or supporting staff, as required, for project activities. Supports resource forecasts as needed for project team support.


+ BS in Business, Engineering or Technical related field required

+ 10+ years' minimum experience in pharmaceutical or similar regulated industry required; prior Engineering, Operations, Quality or Validation assignments preferred.

+ 5+ years project/program management experience preferred.

+ Experience authoring, review, etc. of procedures or training materials required

+ Experience leading project teams or staff preferred
