This role is responsible for the renewal and expansion. As the Renewals Account Manager you will ensure high customer satisfaction during the life of the customer's subscription, be responsible for managing ongoing post-sales outbound communication (non-support related) to clients (e-mail and phone) and will partner with sales and support team to provide seamless customer interactions.

What You’ll Do

* Execute all phases of subscription renewal lifecycle to ensure the highest renewal rate possible

* Find upsell opportunities within our existing customer base to pass to our sales team in order to expand our relationship

* Generate invoices and work closely with Finance to ensure payment is collected

* Responsible for meeting renewal goals.

Minimum Qualifications

* Excellent verbal (via telephone) and written (via email) communications skills

* Highly detailed oriented with the ability to manage a large volume of accounts, tasks and responsibilities

* Strong customer service, listening and presentation skills

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

* Experience with SaaS-based applications and services preferred

* Experience working with preferred

* Self Starter / High Energy / Positive Attitude / Customer Focused
