Use your Sharp Analytical Skills to help us support, compile and report key information!  Create, enhance, and maintain training metric reports. Evaluate, interpret and analyze data and business process and analyze/monitor new, routine and ad hoc reports. Provide support when compiling and reporting information and assume responsibility for data integrity among various internal groups and/or between internal and external sources.

Primary Responsibilities:
Activities include running established queries and reports and coordinating the delivery of existing reports for West Region Medicare and Retirement.  These tools are provided to both internal and external provider contacts. Reporting involves mainly with Risk Adjustment Factors and Stars Performance. The formats of reporting include Excel, Access, SAS, and Tableau. This position may require communicating to various decision makers in the region, solving problems with existing reports, and helping to formulate new tools to meet the needs of new requests.
Required Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience working in a professional environment
  • Advanced level of proficiency with Excel
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with Access, Outlook, Word and Powerpoint
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Ability to organize and manage time
  • Strong working knowledge of the following software tools SAS or Tableau
  • Experience with running regular and ad hoc reports.
