Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manages  all aspects of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting including the design, development, testing, documentation, maintenance and analysis of database queries and reports

  • Presents analysis results/recommendations to management in a timely, consistent, and accurate manner

  • Recommends and implements new or modified reporting methods and procedures to improve report content and completeness of information

  • Gathers and transmits raw appointment data to our survey vendor on a weekly basis

  • Publishes and analyzes results from the customer satisfaction survey

  • Performs all other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.

  • Experience performing significant data analysis and report development

  • Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Candidate should be comfortable presenting to and interacting with multiple levels of key stakeholders

  • Team player that is able to successfully manage multiple initiatives, assess priorities, and achieve solutions under tight deadlines

  • Candidate should be comfortable working in a fast paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advance level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables and graphs, automating spreadsheets with macros)

  • Tableau experience

  • Basic level of understanding of relational databases, database structures and design, systems design, data management, data warehouse

  • 2+ years of experience performing significant data analysis and report development
