The Corporate IS Department is seeking a dynamic and talented Reporting Specialist-Healthcare Technology Management.

The Reporting Specialist-Healthcare Technology Management collects, monitors and studies data associated with the financial performance of the HTM Program to support HTM Leadership in driving process and policy improvements.  Compiles detailed reports of historical, current and future expenses and revenues to assist HTM leadership in developing budgets and forecasts associated with the HTM Program.  Performs data entry into the appropriate UHS software systems including the HTM AIMS CMMS.  Meets and exceeds all customer service and responsiveness expectations as well as the UHS Service Excellence requirements.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Performs basic bookkeeping tasks to provide relevant, reliable, timely and accurate financial information in the form of various reports to assist HTM management in strategic decision making.
  • Analyzes financial data to produce reports relative to budgets and forecasts. 
  • Reconciles invoice discrepancies and ensures accuracy of invoices. Matches invoices for payment.
  • Identifies variances to budgeted revenue and expenses. Communicates with appropriate HTM staff to develop reports that identify variance causes so that required changes can be made to remedy any negative variances.
  • Participates in creating various spreadsheets; providing analysis; and generating charts and graphs to illustrate financial trends and to present clear, understandable information.  Works with AIMS CMMS and the Systems Administrator to ensure financial data in AIMS is entered and accurate.
Job Requirements

Position Requirements:

  • Great communication and customer support skills a must. 
  • Knowledge of computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Understanding of hospital/healthcare operations is helpful.
