Fixed term contract until 1st April 2018

We are looking for a Reporting specialist who would support the EMEA Audit and Security team. The candidate will check and track operational security compliance status, create and provide security compliance status reports.

**Roles and Responsibilities:**

EMEA Compliance weekly report:

• Once a week preparing PowerPoint presentation on reporting overdue compliancy topics

• This report covers overdue APARs, Cirats issues, ITT (Risks), KCO’s and Health Checks across EMEA region

• Report is presented to customer lead and his team on a call where focal points present the situation

• As a part of the presentation there are also APARs and issues coming due in coming 2 weeks which require special attention before they might go overdue – for problematic items an action plan/next action owner/outlook needs to be discussed

• Data for the report is collected from AT&T SharePoint where daily reports are being created for most customer area’s; for those where details are not available, situation is to be discussed directly with the Security leads or technical teams responsible for each area

Nordic Daily tracking:

• Tracking of the status and progress of APARs and Cirats issues in Nordic IMT

• Daily communication over email and Q with Compliance team members, occasionally with responsible technical teams, and with customer counterpart

• Ensuring APARs have applicability check done long enough before target date

• Tracking creation and progress of corrective changes; informing customer if approvals are not handled on time

• Ensuring extension requests are sent to customer by Compliance team with all the required evidence long enough before target date

• Attending status calls with customer, providing AT&T status and collecting customer information

• For issues ensuring action plan is updated by issue opener/action plan owner and following the action plan in timely manner

• Putting all updates to AT&T SharePoint as a basis for automated report provided to AT&T Compliance team, technical team, management and IBM

EMEA Compliance Weekly Status Report

Purpose: To report trending and status of compliancy topic towards customer. Mainly covering CIRATS APARS/ Issues, Risks, Health Checking, Audit results..

**Key Competencies and Skills:**

∙ Expert in Microsoft package, especially Excel, Access and SharePoint

∙ Intermediate English level, German is a plus

∙ Professional communication and soft skills

∙ Team-player, dependable, effective problem-solver

∙ Knowledge of IT Security status tracking and reporting is a PLUS
