Unit Description

Sodexo Aviation Services is seeking a Resident District Manager for one of our valued Airline client’s private club/ lounges at Hartsfield airport.

As the Resident District Manager, you will be responsible for managing the F&B operations within (9) high end, members only clubs. The position requires superior leadership skills, strong communication skills in both written and verbal as well as financial acumen. The Ideal Candidate will have proven track record in high end hotel or private/ country club food and beverage experience. Fine dining background and bar service are critical to the success of this position.

The position requires a strategic-thinking leader who is able to work in partnership with client vision & expectations while delivering on high quality strategies to put new & fresh ideas on the table to achieve high customer and guest satisfaction. We are seeking a Leader with strong, energetic executive presence with a strong project management background and the ability to work within complex, multiple client organizations. Strong relationship skills are a must in order to effectively work internally as well as externally within the organization.

Experience with the wine & spirit industry is a plus! We are looking for a hands-n LEADER! Someone who is out on the floor, greeting guests, developing staff, someone who has passion for superior service. Strong team development skills, client relationship skills and proven successful P & L management are musts. Previous multi-site/multi-management responsibility and sales exposure is desired as well. Having a background and experience managing a large multi-outlet food & custodial services business portfolio is strongly desired!


Position Summary

Functions as the central point of contact for one complex account with multiple locations, and possibly multiple contracts. Oversees performance of unit management including budget development, client relations, sales and profitability performance, conformance with company policies and procedures and staff training and development. Liaison between company resources and unit operating managers.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree
Basic Management Experience - 5 years
Basic Functional Experience - 5 years
