Skywood is currently seeking a 2nd shift
Residential Assistant to assist in maintaining
milieu and providing patient centered care for patients in our
residential treatment facility. The ideal candidate will have the
ability to inspire our client’s confidence in both our staff

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Responsible for reviewing pass down
information obtained from Shift Lead Resident Assistant.
Participates in milieu related meetings (i.e., level change, housing
• Performs case management duties as
• Answers all calls and directs accordingly.
• Responsible for appropriately charting significant events
that occur regarding patient treatment during assigned shift.
• Ensures that all doors are locked and secure throughout the

services as needed and/or directed.

conducting room searches and urine analysis as necessary.
• Escalates issues and/or concerns regarding residents to Lead

times when interacting with patients, residents, families, visitors,
referral sources and all other contacts.

current, valid driver’s license.
Education and Experience
School diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in healthcare field preferred.
• Must possess current CPR/First Aid
certification or have the ability to obtain certification.
This position will drive
company owned vehicles - applicants must be 21 year of age or older
with a valid drivers license to be considered for this
currently hiring 2nd shift (3:00pm - 11:30pm). RAs are
scheduled to work weekends with two days off
