The Resource Coordinator is a member of a team that supports participant level communication and print management for Defined Contribution, Defined Benefit and Non-Qualified business. The team is responsible for composition and distribution via various means that includes material not composed within the team, and management of the processes with our vendors and internal partners. The team serves as a subject matter expert for many of our partners including however not limited to our Client Facing Partners, Transition, Sales, Marketing, Plan Sponsors, Financial Advisors and Vendors, to ensure the client needs are met in a manner consistent with our objectives, administrative documents and applicable laws. The team may be in multiple sites and the successful candidate must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment. The ability to contribute to a positive team environment is required.

This position is responsible for the over site of all incoming work within the department. Coordinating and partnering within and across the Retirement Organization to ensure execution of all requests are assigned and completed based on the direction received by our business partners within established parameters. The individual must be able to evaluate and manage the requests in alignment with regulatory requirements, distribution standards and vendor contracts. The individual works independently with the request at-hand, however, must collaborate with team members as well as internal and external business partners to provide high client satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of three years’ experience working in Retirement Services, Financial Services, or related industry, the ability to multi-task in a time sensitive environment, prioritize work, partner internally, act as a subject matter expert and execute timely and accurately.

·         Bachelor’s Degree or related business experience

·         Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in Retirement Services, Financial Services or related industry

·         Ability to communicate in a clear, concise and articulate manner

·         Demonstrated expertise in customer service

·         Must be able to work independently and be a team player

·         Experience with print management and distribution a plus

·         Proven ability to work with Prudential’s external business partners.

·         Proven ability to recognize trends and identify corrective actions.

·         Proven ability to re-engineer workflow/processes to improve cost/service results

·         Proven ability to take initiative

·         Proven organizational and prioritization skills

·         Ability to react to change productively and handle other tasks as assigned

·         Strong commitment to timing and quality standards

·         Proven ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously

·         Ability to think quickly under stressful situations

·         Serve as a backup for other team members
