The Retail Creative Marketing Lead is someone who has a vision for creating retail experiences, not just “displays”. This is someone who can take a theme and bring it to life across all elements of the store, whether it’s digital, print, or another tangible medium. This is someone who will partner closely with our design agencies, leading and managing the creative development for various retail-based projects, and then partner with our project managers to bring concepts to reality. **We need someone who can:**

+ Think globally and execute strategy on a multitude of levels

+ Demonstrate flexibility to adapt to the AT&T brand quickly and ensure that all pieces meet the voice and visual requirements

+ Provide clear, creative direction to agency partners- keeping in mind the design continuity of the AT&T brand in store and out of home

+ Create and design layouts and design solutions in-house

+ Exercise technical proficiency to build and prep mechanicals for release to production for in-house design

+ Deal with high-level relationships internally and with clients and/or vendors

+ Do minimal travel- possibly once/year

**The background of the successful candidate includes:**

+ 5-8 years’ creative experience (i.e. graphic, print, web design)

+ Experience writing creative briefs

+ Macintosh skills and proficiency in Adobe CS6 (or later) software

+ Agency experience

+ Self-motivation; the ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines

+ Able to work in a matrix team environment

+ Working knowledge of Dreamweaver and Flash

+ Travel as business needs require


+ Interactive and digital design experience

+ Bachelor of Arts Degree in Graphic Design, Art, Interactive Design or a related digital media discipline

+ Retail marketing experience

+ Retail strategy and design experience preferred: POP, collateral, directional signage, direct marketing and digital signage - all playing a critical role in the overall store development process

+ Experience with project management systems

+ Experience in the technology segment
