Sodexo is seeking 3 seasonal Retail Manager's to support our operations from March to November for the famous Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles, CA

These (3) Retail Managers will manage a staff of 30+ employees, including all employee training, scheduling and payroll. Our Managers will focus on FOH appearance and operations, combining quality and speed of customer service to our patrons. This position will interact with customers and clients on a daily basis.  Providing an unforgettable guest experience is our focus. We pride ourselves on quality farm to table culinary specialties offered throughout the venue. 

The prestigious, multi-outlet venue offers exceptional food services that range from fine dining in our premium restaurants, grab and go at our concessions and VIP seating at the world famous Hollywood Bowl Outdoor Amphitheater. 

Our Retail Managers will lead our operations at our world-class, full-service restaurants outlets which include:

The Wine Bar by a.o.c. - features a wide selection of Caroline Styne’s favorite new- and old-world wines to be explored by adventurous and less experienced wine drinkers alike, all paired with Suzanne Goin’s signature small-plates menu.

the backyard - this al fresco space has the feel of a chic backyard in the Hollywood Hills. Two large wood-burning grills are the focus of this farmers' market-driven restaurant serving Suzanne’s grilled fish, chops, steaks, vegetables, salads, and raw bar menu selections.

Pool Circle - This exclusive fine-dining experience is for subscribers of the Pool Circle, with a seasonal made-to-order menu and exceptional wine list styled from Suzanne Goin and Caroline Styne’s award-winning restaurant, Lucques.

Excellent customer service and client relations skills are a must! 

Extensive wine and food knowledge is required.

Position Summary

Responsible for food quality & customer service in an operation that may have branded concepts or other retail offerings. Directs the work of hourly & supervisory food service workers.
Key Duties
- Ensures there is a zero harm mindset for ourselves, our customers, our food & employees.
- Directs daily operations of food quality & customer service in a retail food operation that may include branded concepts ensuring that employees have appropriate equipment, supplies and resources.
- Manages cash handling protocols & control procedures according to Sodexo policies.
- Maintains client satisfaction for food quality & customer service.
- Accountable for the execution of service quality by maintaining the highest level of delivery.
- Supervises day-to-day work activities of food service workers. 



Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED or Equivalent
Basic Management Experience - 1 year
