Position will lead four Sales Ops Analysts (Grade 24) who oversee the day-to-day retention events coordination process. This team will be responsible for the daily support of the local member retention event function and / or call campaign and coordination with appropriate national call team. Goal of position is to maximize attendance at local event and drive efficiency through standardized process with national member retention call teams.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the oversight of the entire local member retention events management process; including, development of call campaign, call campaign scheduling, call reporting and appropriate follow-up.
  • Retention Operations position will also be responsible for strategizing and communicating with appropriate growth team managers, retention team, sales team, growth operations and health plan leaders. 
  • Retentions Operations will lead department’s Health Risk Assessment required reporting with appropriate Stars Rating and quality teams.
  • Position will also be responsible for updating and maintenance of Retention team Sharepoint Site and dialer inbound call and call completion reporting.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (or higher) OR High School Diploma / GED with 3+ years of professional experience in a Call Center / Customer Service setting
  • Experience with MS Excel (filtering / sorting)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous Supervisory experience
  • Prior account management experience
  • Prior project management experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a call center environment
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
