Position Title: Retirement Plan Document Consultant
Job Code: 462738
Job Location: Iowa-Dubuque
Description:

Responsible for independent management of an assigned book of Retirement business in either Defined Benefit or Defined Contribution Plan Document Services. We are looking for individuals who are self-starters, dependable, take initiative and have the flexibility to work in a faced pace environment.

 

The expertise we are looking for you to bring:

  • Understand, absorb and apply complex concepts related to plan document services
  • Collaborates with other Plan Compliance and Regulatory Services team members and business partners to provide positive client experience and outcomes.
  • Ability to provide expertise/recommendations for plan design changes
  • Supports Retirement Plan Consultant organization providing document specifications from various document type; Prototype, Specimen and Volume Submitter
  • Support for Plan Restatements, Legislative Amendment, Mergers / Acquisitions, Spin Offs etc
  • Engaged communicator who enjoys working directly with the customer and a team
  • Committed to owning issues from start to finish.

 


  • Minimum 1-3 years in financial services or related industry
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Technical expertise in Retirement plan document services considered a plus
  • Ability to manage assignments to ensure intended results are achieved on time
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Ability to handle competing priorities
  • ASPPA designations considered a plus
