Job Details


+ Commercial Excellence controlling Mgr plays an important role as key player to drive investment efficiencies, deliver promptly and quality information to drive business decision making.

+ Additionally, the Commercial excellence controlling Mgr play a key role on transforming information from revenue management and business control into insight that will keep our current and future performance


+ Provide the commercial functions with understanding of customers' perception of product value and accurately aligning product prices, placement and availability with each customer segment

+ Develop and provide deep commercial insights that will reinforce our planning process and will generate investment (Sales Allowance, A&P, OPEX) efficiencies; including Sales & Trade Promo (CBD)

+ Budget (Sales Allowance, A&P, OPEX) management and allocation by client / channel / segment, interacting with multiple people across business areas.

+ Responsible of people development by providing tools, trainings and regular coaching and feedback to all commercial positions.

+ Develops key performance metrics and dashboards that help the sales organization focus on performance drivers

+ ROI Analysis of promotional activities and product contribution of each franchise; and impacted demand analysis.

+ Develop commercial investment scenarios to generate ROI effectiveness mixes by franchise.

+ Support in developing a five-year strategic plan, annual outlook, projections and budget for the commercial team.

+ Develop and provide insights for the IBP monthly meetings

+ Determine optimal pricing points between own and other products and across the sales channels and develop profitability analysis per customer.

+ Oversee and implement proper controls to Customer Inventory levels, provide visibility and support CBD Management with strategic analytics to comply with internal and external policys and targets

+ Works closely with sales management to analyze investments and prioritize opportunities for improvement. Assists sales management in understanding risk and opps. Facilitates an organization of continuous process improvement.

+ Create alignment and share best practices with other Mexican's and Regional commercial organizations.

+ Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards

+ Ensure team activities to comply with Company Business Code of Conduct and all local applicable laws within scope of function responsibility.
