PepsiCo North America Beverages (NAB) is PepsiCo's beverage manufacturing, sales and distribution operating unit in the United States, Canada and Mexico. This position will be part of the National Retail Sales Organization on the Rite Aid team.

*This job can be based within 2-3 hours from Harrisburg, PA

Role Summary:

The Associate Customer Account Manager will be responsible for leading the account management responsibilities for Rite-Aid across 4,600 stores in 31 different states. Rite Aid is a critical customer for North America Beverages with $76MM in revenue. This is a great role to sell across the Beverages portfolio (Gatorade, Non-Carbonated, and Carbonated Soft Drinks). As the drug industry continues to evolve, the Associate Customer Account Manager has the opportunity to continue to drive growth in a creative way. He/she must be able to effectively influence and lead in a complex franchise system. The qualified candidate will have the opportunity to creatively collaborate with this customer to redefine the opportunity and how we go to market.

Job Accountabilities:

  • Deliver key business results to include: volume, net price, revenue and margin growth
  • Communicate customer plans to appropriate cross functional support teams in a concise and timely manner to maximize execution and sales potential (Finance, Customer Service Teams and Franchise System
  • Effectively manage all areas of business responsibilities, including but not limited to weekly forecasting, weekly and period reviews, JBP process, etc.
  • Manage promotions and programming in partnership with finance and cross functional stakeholders


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree; masters degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years sales experience successfully calling on CPG customer
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Category Management background is preferred
  • Proven ability to successfully lead and influence individuals and teams
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent sales, problem-solving and communication (verbal & written) skills
