What You'll Do
Are you ready to come work on a team leading one of the most exciting technologies in the Cisco Data Center Portfolio ? As a Regional Manager on the World Wide HyperFlex team, you will lead the EMEAR HX sales operations through the shift into Hyper-Convergence, one of the fastest growing areas in the Data Center portfolio. This role involves leading a team of sales overlays who are the sales leads focused in the field on hyper-convergence. This team is touches all aspects of the HX go to market including partner and internal education on HX solutions and ultimately is accountable for the HX sales in EMEAR including alignment with EMEAR Sales leaders. The ideal candidate possesses strategic technical knowledge, and can succeed as a leader and mentor in a demanding and rewarding sales environment. Who You'll Work With
You'll lead an account team of Product specialists, these specialist individuals will be responsible for an annual revenue quota tied to HyperFlex and S-Series Storage products, both have significant growth in FY'17. Develop and execute sales strategy and tactics that maximize Cisco opportunity within the customer environment and maximize our partner's profit. Along with sales planning, this position is responsible for accurate forecasting and delivering on quota. Direct customer contact and indirect influence with account teams will comprise a large portion of this assignment. The candidate must have both the sales skills and technical knowledge to make presentations and lead customer discussions to advance the sales process.

EMEAR wide travel is required, but is not likely to exceed 30% of the time.

Who You Are
You are passionate about the customer experience and excited about new technology. You are a true team player and love to learn. You have:

5+ years of sales experience in a technical sales organization that includes account managers and systems engineers.

It is preferred, although not necessary to have at least 3 years sales leadership experience in leading geographically diverse sales team.

Experience working with or alongside the Data Center team at Cisco

Knowledge of Virtualization, Compute and Storage
