What You'll Do
You'll help us create strong business relations between Cisco and the account at all requested levels, building strong relationships with the client at all management levels. Develops and drives a focused strategy towards the account by knowing the Account, the Market, the Cisco offerings and the organization’s delivery capabilities. You are able to translate the chosen strategy into an action plan, ensuring the desired position and market share, as set in the objectives, are achieved through the use of consistent messages in every aspect of the customer relationship and development on all appropriate levels. Provides coverage of high potential accounts in ensuring technology preference/customer acquisition. Engages, sets preference and closes large and complex opportunities and coordinates deal management with key stakeholders.

Who You Are
You've got strong selling skills in large accounts as well as sound knowledge and experience in selling complex IT solutions to executive management. Understanding of large business organizations and their buying cycles and demonstrated experience with solution selling desired.

Our minimum requirements for this role:
• Requires a minimum BA degree and 3+ years account management experience in a fast-growth, High Technology Company.
• Must have direct sales experience with proven track record in accelerating Enterprise segment growth.
• Candidate must be assertive and persuasive. Ambitious, self-driven and highly motivated individual who can works well in a team with deep desire to excel and develop a career in account management.
