**POSITION SUMMARY**

Day-to-day execution of Incentive Compensation (IC) in-country.







+ Responsible for the operational administration of incentive plans for the fieldforce. To enable this, the person must perform the administrative functions for data loading, processing, mapping/crediting, roll-up, validation, and eventually processing based on approved and compliant incentive plans



+ This role is also responsible for non-catalog services related to FF Performance tracking that includes fieldforce scorecards and performance KPIs



+ This role is also responsible for non-catalog services related to support for non-traditional fieldforce, including Retail, Hospital KAM, and distribution channel mamanagement







**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Task-based Responsibilities** **:**







**Incentive Compensation:**







+ Execute transactional business processes / tools and deliver agreed services for;



+ Data analysis & Reporting incl. Ad.hoc analysis



+ Quota setting, Quota attainment calculation and Incentives calculation and Award



+ Responding to business modifications (e.g. redeployment, ad-hoc events)



+ Ensuring programs comply with compliance guideline /corporate integrity agreements and Local Government laws



+ Eligibility rules and Workers council consultation (if required) support



+ Develop, maintain, and communicate information related to Incentive Compensation (IC) - including (but not limited to) Bonus, Contests & Awards, Performance Tracking, Reports, and Goals.



+ Collaborate with SMS colleagues in the country/cluster to implement SMS I/C strategy and processes



+ Develop effective and valued relationships with stakeholders in the designated country / cluster



+ Provide feedback to all relevant colleagues & teams in GCO to meet country needs or address issues



+ Provide analytical support and expertise for key projects







**Fieldforce Performance support:**







+ Lead operations of non-catalog fieldforce performance reporting, as required by the country, including (but not limited to) monthly KPI's, Midyear and annual FF KPI for the performance management system



+ Support in-country sales data requirements for non-traditional fieldforce, including Retail, Hospital KAM, and distribution channel mamanagement.







Performance measures:







+ Overall delivery of solution that meets Pfizer's business needs, on time and within budget



+ Customer satisfaction survey for SMS design and operations (Business leaders / customer facing colleagues)



+ Alignment with legal / Compliance requirements in region / country / cluster

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**

+ University graduate or commensurate experience



+ Fluency in English



+ Commercial experience (preferred minimum 2 years)



+ Operational business and process planning (minimum 2 years)



+ IT literacy



+ Significant understanding of field based technology



+ Understanding of field force deployment processes preferred



+ Understanding of pharmaceutical marketing & sales processes preferred



+ Ability to work in a matrix environment







**TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS**

+ Field based technology operational experience or knowledge



+ Excellent knowledge of Excel and database functionality (e.g., SQL)



+ MS Word/ MS PowerPoint preferred



+ MS Project preferred







**PHYSICAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS**

In-country.



This position is office-based; however periodic travel might be required depending on business requirements. The incumbent will be required to work a normal working week as per local Country practices. It is expected that the incumbent will be willing to work outside of normal hours and/or on weekends in special circumstances to deliver on critical and/or urgent business deliverables.
