You will be working as an Regional Sales & Operations Manager for the APJC region, with main  responsibility for establishing and driving best-in-class Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Partner Experience and Supply Chain in region. You will work out of the Cisco office in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

This is a position where you will be able to influence the growth and success in the region. In your role you will be a catalyst of change and realizing business and customer outcomes through partnership with Supply Chain and Customer facing organizations.

<b>What You'll Do</b>

Owns, establishes and develops deep relationships with Sales Architectures / Theaters and partners with Supply Chain and Customer Partner Experience to understand and address critical regional needs.

Optimizes Cisco performance and customer satisfaction through demand planning excellence and customer / partner collaboration, enabling sales opportunity, process simplification, supply chain flexibility and asset velocity.

Drives and implements best-in-class Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) collaborating cross-functionally with internal partners including Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, Customer Partner Experience, and other Supply Chain Operations functions.  Balance operational excellence and innovation enablement leading to:

  • achieve revenue attainment goals,
  • demand shaping demand with pricing, mix decision and excess & obselence reduction
  • quantify what-if scenarios for improved decision making,
  • balance customer satisfaction and costs,
  • facilitate inventory and delivery trade-offs, and
  • ensure closed-loop alignment with global teams within Supply Chain Operations organized as Innovate, Plan, Soure, Make, Quality, and Deliver (SCOR model)

Partners with Global Process Organization leads for pilot creation, processes & tools development, rollout and scale of S&OP

 

<b>Who You Are</b>

 

·       Natural ability to engage stakeholders at all levels with highly effective communication and ability to influence others through verbal and written content

·       Self-driven combined with "Mastery of Orchestration” in a networked environment

·       Customer mindset and ability to understand business and customer challenges and to address those challenges through operational service offerings, capabilities and engagement

·       At least 10 years of Supply Chain experience with a track record of driving transformation and operational excellence with cross functional partners. The ideal candidate has Supply Chain best practice knowledge & experience in areas of:

    • Demand planning (i.e. sales statistical forecasting, revenue planning, collaborative planning with key customers, consensus demand planning)
    • Supply planning and scheduling (i.e., supply-demand balancing, critical component allocation, constrained revenue planning)
    • Lean demand pull, Flexibility; cost-delivery-inventory  “what-if” trade-offs

·       Analytics - ability to aggregate large amounts of data, filter for importance, and tie together in a context relevant "story" designed to drive action

·       Higher education, preferably in Business Administration or Supply Chain.
