The Business Entity
The Strategic Partner Business Development team is a newly established organization that reports directly to the Director of Enterprise networking organization, and is responsible for accelerating Cisco Japan's growth through unconventional approach. The team will generate business plans and establish eco-systems that did not exist before, engage handpicked strategic partners that existing and next Gen Architecture, Enterprise, Commercial, Public and Partner sales teams usually do not pursuer business with.  Change the future of Cisco, both Global and Japan through this unique team existing only in Cisco Japan

The Team
The team will develop new business and solution on behalf of strategic partner to develop new eco-systems based on Cisco DNA (Digital Network Architecture)
Team will focus develop the solution, service collaborating with all cisco team
We will make new deals, funnels under this created alliance return the business back to growth - and beyond nobody has ever expected.  

Role & Responsibilities
The Business Development Manager in this team is responsible to establish solution & service that realize non-organic growth for Cisco. You will;
*Develop and draw business plan including New Solution based on DNA on behalf of business entities, create new deal and funnel with account team. 
*Manage project and develop next gen managed service model that allow Cisco for incremental growth which otherwise would not have occurred.
*Engage strategic partner to create new eco-systems
*Build relationship especially with LOB to derive project in disruptive way

Minimum Qualifications
* In-depth understanding of High Tech business, market, companies
* Proven track record of results in project management
* Strong relationship selling skills with the ability to lead sales at every level of an account, executive level or otherwise
* Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills with gravitas to be able to represent or pitch at C Level. Both in English and in Japanese.
* Eagerness to learn Operation Technology, ability to combine it with Cisco's IT technology, and enthusiasm to market together with non-conventional partners.

Desired Skills
* Pro-active team player with strong personal drive.
* Must be a self-starter and strong closer with multi-tasking ability.
* Ability to influence internally and externally and to motivate and support/co-ordinate virtual teams to deliver results.
* Ability to excel within a cross-functional team environment.
* MBA not mandatory but is a plus.
