As a Sales Career Development Program Associate, you will participate in a three-year rotation based development program designed to accelerate the career of future field sales leaders for Individual Life Insurance. You will have the opportunity to work in key areas of the business, including case management, inbound sales, internal wholesaling, and Prudential Advisors, culminating in an apprenticeship with one of our dynamic, highly successful Regional Sales Vice Presidents. The ultimate goal is for you to become a Regional Sales Vice President accountable for sales results within an assigned territory in one of our expanding distribution channels.

 

The development program consists of classroom, online and on-the-job learning opportunities focused on selling skills and Prudential’s life insurance products, systems, and processes. A dedicated program manager will act as your coach throughout the program. Your professional and personal development are an integral part of the program and our supportive environment is structured to foster your success.

 

This role will initially be located in Plymouth, MN. Participants will be expected to relocate to an assigned territory upon successful completion of the program.

  • FINRA Series 6/7 and Series 63/66 Registrations and State Life & Health Insurance license must be obtained within 180 days from date of hire
