NextGear Capital is seeking a high energy, execution oriented Sales Executive to join our team. 

The Sales Executive will be experienced in automotive or finance sales and will be charged with consistently developing and growing a portfolio of clients within a local market.

This is a home-based position, covering a local market thus there is very little overnight travel.

Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Automotive Industry (various sectors)

Finance Industry (various Sectors)

Sales Management (develop leads, contact customers, portfolio growth)

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong negotiation skills

Strong time management skills and ability to manage deadlines

Must be comfortable in a high pressure, results driven and fast paced work environment

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Four Year college degree preferred

3+ years of experience in automotive or finance sales
