Description Focuses on revenue growth of a particular product line or set of product lines (consisting of Data/IP, and possibly Voice) for an assigned set of account(s) (e.g., a portfolio) or an assigned territory. Reports to a sales center (defined territorial space or set of named accounts) within a direct sales organization. Owns personal quota and retires quota through personal selling. Develops customer relationships, at appropriate levels, to anticipate and mitigate client concerns/roadblocks to closing sales. Acts proactively and reactively to selling opportunities. May support the Strategic Account or Account Manager roles, either from a dedicated or virtual perspective. May own accounts not assigned to the Strategic Account or Account Manager roles.



**Roles and Responsibilities:**

• Leads sales of full product portfolio to Systems Integrator (SI) clients

• Responsible for commercial sales to end SI customers

• Develops and implements strategies with highly complex, sophisticated clients to maintain and increase AT&T revenue

• Partners with product, finance, legal, solution center, delivery/care to ensure smooth execution of sales plans

• Works with partners to develop sales proposals, quotations, pricing

• Delivers presentations and attends sales meetings with partners



**Key Competencies and Skills:**

• Broad knowledge of business, industry and company necessary to solve unique and highly complex problems

• High visibility with clients requiring top notch, proven client relationship skills

• Willingness to have large part of responsibilities to include program management of service functions primarily with provisioning and billing to insure customer satisfaction

• Experience selling and supporting SI channel or partner based sales

• 5+ years consultative sales and/or technical solution based sales experience

• Broad knowledge of business, industry and company necessary to solve unique and highly complex problems

• High visibility with clients requiring top notch, proven client relationship skills

• Willingness to have large part of responsibilities to include program management of service functions primarily with provisioning and billing to insure customer satisfaction

• Efficiency with IT office software tools (MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel)



• Ability to manage cross functional teams to develop and deliver solutions

• Strongly customer oriented

• Self-Starter

• Resourceful and Result driven personality



**Education and Qualifications:**

Has knowledge of complex outsourcing environments (+3 years)

Has good understanding of ICT architectural concepts (+5 years)
