Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Development/Product Marketing/Key Account Professional in the South East who are passionate about building solutions that our customers desire. You will join a dynamic and fast paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out solutions that deliver Xtimes vision and strategy to dealerships at vehicle manufacturers and their professional network in North America. 

The ideal candidate will be apt in building relationships with strategic customers and have an orientation to detail and curiosity. You will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote our company’s solution – Spectrum. The successful candidate/s will be able to analyze data, trends, strategies and competition aiming at increasing Xtimes competitive advantage.

Responsibilities:
  • Understand business objectives and design processes to discover prospective customers’ preferences.
  • Perform valid and reliable market research employing SWOT analysis and Value stream mapping process.
  • Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations.
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
  • Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
  • Work closely with product marketing team to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.
  • Provide competitive analysis on various companies market offerings, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation.
  • Serve as a link of communication between customer intelligence and internal teams.
  • Drive launch plans working with key stakeholders.
  • Act as a product/solution evangelist to build awareness and swift acceptance.
  • Play an integral part in driving adoption through sales network.


Qualifications

Proven experience in key accounts and strategic sales.
Proven market research and analysis experience.
Ability to interpret large amounts of data.
Strong communication, partnering and presentation skills.
Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll-up one’s sleeves to get the job done.

Business Development/Product Marketing/Key Account Professional

  • Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • BS in Marketing, Sales or related field or equivalent business experience
  • Ability to travel overnight as required
