We are looking for an experienced Market Development Representative with a drive for excellence, the energy of a true hunter, and the sales skill-set of a true challenger!

Reporting to our Latam Regional Managing Director, you will be responsible for driving sales of Cisco-Jasper’s products and services to Latam-based enterprises and Latam-based divisions of global enterprises in Colombia and other territories assigned.  You will also be responsible for ensuring that we realizes revenue from past and future signed engagements.

We are looking for a unique individual who has a proven track record of selling complex SaaS solutions and/or Connectivity, M2M, IoT related solutions. Candidates for this position will have a strong solution sales background, the ability to map large accounts, navigate deal politics, and take a consultative approach to drive global adoption of the Cisco-Jasper Platform.

To be considered, you must have enterprise sales experience selling to large global accounts and large local enterprises in Colombia. Background selling SaaS solutions, M2M, and/or Internet of Things (IoT) solutions is required.

    Drive enterprise demand for all Cisco-Jasper products and services in Colombia and other territories assigned

    Ignite Jasper partners operators to sell Cisco-Jasper products

    Drive revenue realization from previously signed deals 

    Own and drive target revenue number – Must be a hunter and a challenger! 

    Increase client base through individual prospecting, lead generation and working with the services providers sales teams.

   Understand, adapt, communicate and educate the business value and ROI of our products and solutions to customers and service providers.

    Meticulous sales pipeline management with CRM.

    Consistently achieve individual quarterly sales quotas including required sales activity metrics.

    Proactively work to expand customer base, increase market share and over-achieve enterprise sales goals.  

Skills & Experience:

    5+ years of experience in SaaS or IoT Enterprise sales to global/large customers

    Must have experience selling into and navigating global/large customers

      Experience selling to Point of Sale, Connected Car, Fleet management, Financial Services industries is preferred

      Strong knowledge of strategic sales process 

      Background selling to / supporting sales of SaaS solutions to global telecommunications companies required

      Sales and/or sales partnership experience in the M2M, Internet of Things (IoT) market space 

      Core skills relating to CRM, BSS/OSS and Service Delivery Platform software applications a plus

      Skills in creating financial business cases ROI / TCO Metrics

      Extensive experience in mapping enterprise org charts and influence maps

      Extraordinary communicator, with a strong visual aesthetic and a great story-teller

      Exceptional skills in presentation and slide ware design

      Strong ability to understand enterprise and mobile operator business needs and customized stories

      Extensive experience presenting at the C- level to customers and prospects

      Fast executor. Self-starter.

      Travel over 50% of the time
