Job Details

The position is responsible for managing, developing & implementing strategies of field force effectiveness to drive sales growth in alignment with Cluster PEB Strategies to accomplish business objectives (Sales Force Activity (SFA) Deployment, Promo & Samples and Field Force Effectiveness (SMS))

To provide expert advice and recommendations to the BU Leadership and Cluster PEB Leadership

Team on key current field business processes as well as opportunities to optimize processes.

Accountable to ensure effective processes are implemented to allow the core Field Operations

business to run smoothly and efficiently.

This role provides ongoing operational support to all field-based personnel. It includes

developing and supplying key datasets and information that allow the field facing the organization

to measure and monitor performance and to adapt to external changes

Serve as the central point of contact for the field force and Provide an ongoing communication platform and support for the field force


**SFA Deployment**

+ In alignment with regional SFA strategy - implement, govern and drive the adoption of Sales

+ Force Automation suite of tools and processes

+ Manage Field Force applications eg SFA database function, user-training, problem-solving

+ and always seeking ways to improve SFA system to enable easier data entry

+ Maintain up to date colleague, territory and product data including content in SFA (

+ deployment and alignments, brick moves, etc)

+ Drive cluster PEB SFA strategy, governance and innovation

+ Ensure effective cluster PEB System Administration, including validation of customer data

+ Provide Project Management on Cluster PEB SFA initiatives

**Field Force Effectiveness**

Develop and execute Customer Targeting/Segmentation projects

Design, development and delivery of decision support tools to drive field force productivity eg

KPIs / Dashboards / Reports

Create, implement, and maintain FFE dashboards and reports

**Field Force Communications**

Lead communication strategies for the Field Force

Build Field Force communication platform to enhance two-way communication between the

leadership team and the Field Force

Serve as the escalation point of contact for the field force and ensure effective triage and resolution

of issues

**Promo & Sample**

+ Ensuring compliance Cluster PEB Medical Sample SOP and Global SOP Samples

+ Management in all procces for distribution medical sample and promotional material

+ Owner at Tool SupplyMe , management, training, and

+ Guarantee the reports of the investment of medical sample and promotional material that allow to take decisions to achieve the sales objective Cluster PEB


Field Force; District Manager; BU Leads and Cluster PEB Leadership; BT; HR; Marketing; Compliance; Legal;

Internal/External interfaces or interactions : Vendors; Provider; LSP Promo & Sample




+ Bachelor's degree in computer related field and 5+ years of relevant technical experience with

+ strong customer service and service delivery background.(desirable System Engineer, Process, Production)

+ **Experience:**

+ Commercial experience ( preferred minimum 3 years )

+ Operational business and process planning ( minimum 2 years preferred )

+ Deep understanding of field force based technology (SFA system e.g. Mobile Intelligence, Veeva)

+ Proven understanding of field force deployment processes

**Technical Skills Requirements:**

+ Strong interpersonal skills and evidence of both leadership and team working in a matrix environment

+ Strong analytical skills; ability to evaluate information, draw conclusions and recommend improvements

+ Strong compliance leadership skills, including knowledge, understanding, and adherence to Pfizer policies and procedures as well as external regulatory frameworks (Pharmaceutical regulations cluster PEB).

+ Ability to work successfully and cooperatively with colleagues across multiple Countrys (Cluster PEB)

+ Excellent knowledge of Excel and Data Base functionality

+ Management database, (e.g. SQL); Acces; PowerPoint, Excel

+ High level of independent and service oriented working attitude

+ Very good communication and inter-personal skills

**Language Proficiency**

English proficiency required. (desirable)

Commercial operations leadership; budget and finance management;

influencing skills; excellent oral and written communication skills; project management skills;

understanding of legal/regulatory requirements and process.
