What You’ll Do

  • Develop and manage SFDC reporting to best support the Cloud Security Sales Team
  • Manage critical documentation via a team portal to enable the team knowledge transfer
  • Help develop and manage the teams Project management ticketing system to best support project prioritization and execution
  • Support the cloud security order management process
  • Optimize sales processes and drive best practices
  • Help manage and drive cross functional projects to completion
  • Assist in change management

 

Who You Are

  • 3 years of Sales Operations Experience
  • Extensive SFDC Experience – Reporting & Dashboards
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel capabilities – V-lookups & Pivot Tables
  • Project Management Experience – Employ Agile methodologies
  • Analytical and detail oriented
  • Experience in a fast paced / start up environment
  • Can do attitude and willingness to tackle challenging problems and aggressive milestones
  • Excellent time management, organizational skills and ability to prioritize
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to interface with all level of the organization
