Position Description:

Global Custom Commerce is looking for a Sales Operations Manager who is an enthusiastic inspirational leader to support our sales organization provide world class experiences. This role is critical in helping each team work together as one by insuring everyone has the information to support their job. You will act as the hub where all company departments provide insight on the day to day, new and upcoming changes, and support the sales teams execute at the highest levels. Acting as the hub, you will be POC for Finance, BI, Learning, Customer Service, Samples, IT, Marketing, Merchandising, and any/all departments across the company. Expertise in change control, effective messaging to team members, and tracking impacts is critical to our success. You insure all sales associates are acting on the latest and greatest and all associates are informed and using the best resources to support our mission of selling and supporting customers.

35%- Own all CTB projects for sales to continuously improve our associates, customer experiences, effectiveness, and associate engagement.
15%- Support & Report each sales team's development effort, impacts on development, and help all teams for alignment and appear as one team. Own our sales process and measure impacts along with plans by associate/team to maximize effectiveness.
15%- Lead and support Sales Managers to Develop & Report on KPI's, Performance Plans to meet/exceed plan, Pipeline Reviews, Lead Management, Marketing Campaigns, Promotion and Profitability.  Staffing & Scheduling to support business needs. 
15%- Leading change, driving knowledge, supporting leaders across the business as the hub for all departments into sales.  Supporting multiple sales team as one.  Leverage technology where applicable to streamline effectiveness and impact to associates and customers.
15%- All leads assigned to sales associates and followed up near real time, performance management of campaigns, effective salesforce usage, sales transparency to all associates, staffing plans that maximize results
5%- Vendor relations, Associate impacts, leading change in process/tools and adoption.  Liaison with all departments to improve associate and customer experience

-The position reports to the Director of Sales. 
-This position has no direct reports

Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.


Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time

Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Education Required:
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.

Years of Relevant Work Experience: 4 years

Physical Requirements:

Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience working in Sales, Sales Operations, and Sales Management. 
CRM sales pipeline management and marketing to maximize lead investment and conversion. 
Project Management, Learning programs for front line associates, and a proven record for execution.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:
Demonstrates strong leadership abilities
Prior sales experience
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Strong computer skills including experience with Windows and Microsoft Office
Exemplary organizational skills
Ability to perform with minimal supervision
Project Execution, Reporting & Analytics
Pivot tables and data joining/merging/matching
Technology Tools to support customer and associates job performance, Sales
Customer Engagement experience
Campaign Management
