What You'll Do

Lead a cross-functional team accountable for delivering key Fulfillment Supply Chain business outcomes for the Security businesses.

Plan and Achieve Revenue Goals.  Plan, control and attain Business Unit and Corporate revenue goals.  Actively manage product build / shipments, scheduling and commits against quarterly revenue targets. 

Drive Customer Excellence.  Collaborate with the business to set product Lead Times and Fulfillment service levels. 

Sense Future Business Needs.  Proactively evolve key supply chain policies, strategies and investments to reflect mid and long-term product, customer and market trends and dynamics to enable Market Share growth.  Benchmark competitor performance to understand go-to-market and service level differentiators and to clarify customer and channel partner needs.

Develop and Track Strategic Plan.  Develop and drive an integrated quarterly and long-term product and business plan that defines key performance goals, investments and business outcomes.  Use plan to inform quarterly progress, track longer-term trends and identify improvement opportunities. 

Operationalize Product Transitions.  Partner with Business Units to launch NPIs by instantiating product into supplier and supply chain ecosystem.  Actively manage supply chain across entire product lifecycle from launch, ramp, sustain and end-of-life to achieve cost and service goals.

Enable Sales and Customer Wins.  Engage with Business Units and Sales teams to provide critical deal support including forward-looking order Fulfillment outlooks and backlog/sales pipeline priority setting.  Provide operations single-point-of-accountability to Customer Partner Services (CPS) and Sales teams on order execution status, customer escalations and Fulfillment outcomes.

Partner with SC Transformation teams and IT leads for pilot creation, processes & tools development, rollout and scale

Drive a best-in-class Sales & Operations Planning process collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Planning, Product Operations, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Logistics, and Customer Operations. 

Who You Are

Senior Individual Contributor role that provides leadership and drives change management for Global Planning and Fulfillment (GP&F) within Supply Chain Organization (SCO).  Acknowledged planning expert, proven leader, and possess a strong understanding of industry-best Supply Chain practices.

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• 8+ years of broad and deep supply chain experience – end-to-end planning processes, Sales & Operations Planning, inventory management, product life-cycle management, sourcing, P&L business aspects, and modeling related experience.
• Prior experience in Forecasting, Financial Analysis, Product Marketing, Operations and Manufacturing Planning a plus. 
• Capable of leading conversations to influence and drive better decision making through a closed loop planning process with multiple stakeholders, often at the Director and VP level.
• Possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills to lead cross-functional team with aligned priorities and clear accountabilities.
• Strong analytical skills to drive data-driven decisions within the Fulfillment Supply Chain numerical framework.
• Industry best practices knowledge & experience in:
o Sales and Operations Planning, at the C-Suite level.
o Demand planning (i.e. sales statistical forecasting, revenue planning, collaborative planning with key customers, consensus demand planning)
o Supply planning and scheduling (i.e. supply-demand balancing, critical component allocation, constrained revenue planning)
o Inventory management and “what-if” trade-offs. 
• Excellent communicator (written and verbal) and able to create and deliver executive presentations on complex business and supply chain topics with data and clear expected outcomes.
• Understands Cisco’s business models and macro-environment and is able to align internal processes with corporate objectives.
• Demonstrates initiative to take on whatever role is necessary to achieve business objectives.
