What you’ll do

Your role will be to support the strategic and operational excellence within 2 sales groups: Services Sales and the DT sales organizations within GSP EMEAR.

You will be helping the sales teams to achieve and exceed business targets by supporting the Strategy, Planning & Operations lead as well as the VP and Sales Leaders: from developing strategy and account planning, to driving short-term & long term forecasting and funnel health, conducting business analyses or implementing internal operational processes, goaling, New Year Readiness and much more

Manage local governance and ensure efficient processes implementation by acting as an orchestrator between the sales teams and other internal and back-office functions (Finance, Sales Operations, HR etc…).

Who You'll Work With

The role is aligned to both the GSP DT and the services sales groups and reports into the Services Sales Director for GSP EMEAR. The Business Analyst will also work in close partnership with the Strategy, Planning and Operations central team for GSP Sales EMEAR as well as Finance & Operations.

In partnership with the Sales Leaders teams: help to define, drive & implement vision, strategy & priorities across area of responsibility.

Assist with ensuring seamless execution against vision, strategy and priorities, through engagement and teamwork with Sales Leaders and other functional leaders and teams and establishment of strong operational frameworks and governance models.

Business office

  • Provide support to enable compliance with local governance in line with Sales leader’s mentorship building tight relationships with sales teams for a constant coverage of key priorities
  • Interaction with local, regional and global management teams supporting key business review meetings
  • Supporting target setting and coordination of sales compensation process
  • Support to sales structure
  • You will take the initiative to follow-up of action plans to pursue strategic deals, project and customer priority definition to help balance critical thinking and short-term action plan implementation
  • Supporting role for Integrated Account Planning, providing key information & data relating to Internal & external Data points
  • Follow up of specific technology trends in conjunction with strategy, business development and marketing departments
  • Best-practice sharing across sales teams
  • Leading forecasting and planning – detailed analysis
  • Managing services sales community calls
  • Rolling pipeline quantitative and qualitative reviews supporting visibility on major customer spending areas
  • Managing Cross-boundary's among sales, presales, delivery, services and finance teams for the management of quarterly and yearly forecast, including multi-year planning.
  • Variance analyses (current year result comparison to prior year and plan) identifying major trends and gaps to support resource allocation decisions
  • Financial metrics progress monitoring

Who You Are

  • You will need to have a deep understanding of working with Excel & Power Point
  • You will also have strong analytical and numerical skills and experience.
  • Strong project management experience.
  • An organized approach to work with good prioritization skills
  • Ability to simplify/create understanding of processes and their dependencies
  • Ability to build strong relations and confidence while also having a strong situational awareness
  • Ability to work independently and use own initiative make appropriate decisions quickly
  • You will have experience of working in a dynamic sales-led culture is desirable (Technology experience useful, but not essential)
  • You will understand working in matrix, complex, constantly changing and progressive environments
  • A positive, can-do and pragmatic approach to challenges and complexity and willingness to learn
  • Ability to challenge others in a constructive way to help transform, innovate
