Job Description

Develops POS Activation performance radiography, in terms of tracking the ROI & KPIs activation initiatives metrics to promote the regional standardization. Also responsible for connection with local trade mkt teams in terms of these initiatives results.

  • Create, Align and leverage seasonalities, brand, licencees sectorial playbook agenda through LatAm.
  • Develop insights & performance analysis based on activation playbooks for different Channels
  • Align the KPIs metrics & targets to evolve the activation initiatives through LatAm.
  • Connect ROI with activation playbooks to evolve shopper marketing Activations.
  • Support the deployment of sectorial initiatives across LatAm.
  • Support Commercial teams with tactical playbooks to evolve our shopper Marketing agenda to improve results.
  • Develop playbooks to align and evolve trade marketing activation impact.


Education: Marketing, Business Administration or Industrial Engineering, MBA desired.

Functional Experience: 5 years of experience in sales.

  • multi-channel experience (DTS, OT, WHLS)
  • Analytics
  • Trade Marketing / Channel Marketing

Language: 100% Spanish & English, Portuguese desired
