Job Description

  • Promote sales analytical agenda in the region
  • Set standard reporting process for regional analytical team to ensure consistency across divisions and channels;
  • Coach Voronezh Analytical Team on planning/forecasting process, regular reporting and analytical tools to ensure consistency across divisions and channels;
  • Maintain integrity and trust of department through creation and management of processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting and analysis;
  • Support Total Russia Sales Intelligence projects through standardization and improvement process, analysis and reports;
  • Support Regional Sales Director in projects connected to regional structure transformation and integration process through delivering transparent and relevant reporting and analysis based on multiple data sources (direct, indirect and sales execution data);
  • Manages structure and capability of analytical team
  • Own the development of appropriate performance tracking of marketing initiatives from sell through to launch and to post launch according to category agendas;
  • Manage development of sales insights (distribution and volume targets) on category initiatives to enable efficient and effective business decision making
  • Support Category Initiatives
  • Develops detailed sales volume plan for divisions and channels working in close cooperation with Regional Sales Management team, Demand Planner to ensure correct target setting within planning windows of DMR and AOP/P6F/P9F;
  • In cooperation with Sales teams manage development of Direct and Indirect sales volume monthly operational planning process within set timings to support key business procedures (eg. Bonus calculation process for sales teams);
  • Manage Direct and Indirect weekly volume and NR forecasting and tracking process to create visibility of Forecast vs Plan achievement.
  • Ensure that DMR process is supported with appropriate data, analysis and processes.
  • Lead sales planning and forecasting process in the region
  • Manage the development, delivery and timely communication of aligned Sales reports and analysis (including NKA&LKA customers performance) from multiple data sources: direct, indirect and sales execution data- to Regional Sales management and Regional Sales Field Force to facilitate decision making process;
  • Collaborate with cross functional departments (Sales Operations, Sales Execution, Insights etc.) to develop and deliver actionable sales insights based on both internal sales data and external (Nielsen) data to the business to understand current regional sales opportunities and trends;
  • Lead development and execution of Period Business Review for Regional Sales management covering both direct and indirect sales performance;
  • Manage development and execution requests and analyses from Moscow HQ on ad-hoc commercial projects on a regional level;
  • Align and agree with regional sales management new data collection methods, analytical reporting agenda and processes;
  • Continuous improvement of data collection by sales organization through agreement with regional sales management to support regional commercial agenda;
  • Manage sales execution data collection in order to support bonus calculation process for Sales Teams.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Higher Education – in numerical or scientific subject (Maths, Statistics General Science)
  • Ability to effectively manage both internal and external resources, internal and external stakeholders/customers;
  • Minimum of 3 years analytical experience in FMCG/ Financial business;
  • Expert user of MS Office applications (Excel, Access, Power Point) and database applications (SAP/ Business Objects) and Nielsen/market data applications;
  • Good knowledge of FMCG GTM and channels;
  • Good written and spoken English;
  • Self organization and planning skills;
  • Strong attention to details, good logical skills, results oriented;
