Candidates for this role will need to manage matrix-heavy processes and offer consultative support to Sales Representatives and Sales Executives in the group retiree benefits space. Act as the internal liaison for sales representatives to navigate quote and proposal creation for standard and custom Medicare Advantage, Supplemental and Prescription Drug plans, which are bound by CMS regulations. Build relationships with functional sales cohorts and cross-functional colleagues to inspire team cohesion and superior product delivery. Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day sales opportunity status monitoring and ensuring sales systems reflect accurately. Jobs in this function may work closely with sales on new, renewal or upselling, but do not have specific sales goal accountability or primary responsibility to close sales.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Command a strong working knowledge of CMS and Medicare associated products
