MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
25% - Research and analyze customer discrepancies and issues to assist Sales and Sales Management in reaching a customer resolution.
25% - Work with other functions and manufacturers to coordinate, clarify and/or correct customer opportunities or resolutions in support of the Sales and Sales Management team.
20% - Run and Create customer support documents for Sales and Sales Management.
20% - Other administrative tasks as required.
5% - Distribute monthly and Quarterly reports to Sales and Sales Management.
5% - Coordinate with Corporate and National Account rollout announcements and supporting documents.
NATURE AND SCOPE
Reports to Regional Sales Manager. No direct reports.
ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.

Additional Minimum Qualifications:

Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize; attention to detail is very important.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and learn and adapt to varied work assignments.
Knowledge of general office procedures and practices.
Good organization, communication skills a must.
College degree preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:
Proven ability in data entry with excellent accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
