Job Description

  1. Develop new standards and practices, implement new business processes in sales and merchandising management to automate operations and reduce business costs
  2. Develop and implement new business processes in sales team and across functions within new operating models implementation, track and drive sales operations and merchandising efficiency KPIS
  3. Deliver projects and other approved activities in line with budget, time line and scope
  4. Define problems and risks in projects and create action plans for mitigation and optimization; provide team and direct manager recommendations to mitigate risks
  5. Develop and implement new GTM efficiency management models for sales operations efficiency increase and targets achievement
  6. Support Regional managers and central functions in project implementation (efficiency, standards compliance, productivity)
  7. Sales operations efficiency:
    • Set consistent control over every single sales/merchandising team member efficiency
    • Create effective and optimal compensation system for sales teams according to GTM model
    • Provide monthly analysis of sales teams findings and information from fields
    • Define the most effective way of communication for each information/data stream
  8. Analyze and implement best practices on market from internal and external sources to deliver best sales, merchandising and efficiency results
  9. Participate in sales operational systems/tools requirements gathering and creation to increase efficiency
  10. Use PepsiCo project management methodology for in-time delivery of transformation and efficiency projects and proper KPIs assessment
  11. Deliver project status and results reporting for project teams and stakeholders in time
  12. Provide short and long term efficiency and sales KPIS achievement and deliver all needed support in operational costs control and sales operations efficiency management
  13. Set and control on high level processes of communication and collaboration with cross functions and departments to increase efficiency and get all needed support to deliver targets


  • Higher Education
  • 3 + years of experience in supporting business and strategy development, business intelligence / sales information management
  • Sales skills/knowledge negotiation and presentation skills, leadership competence, customer management, communication skills, analytical skills, IT tools and PC user, basic financial, conflicts management
  • Good knowledge of FMCG GTM and channels
  • Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with other key stakeholders and other business units / divisions across a matrix environment
  • Project management experience
  • Self planning and assessment skills
  • Details oriented and logical skills for maximum results delivery
  • Operate comfortably in an environment of change and complexity
