Job Details

The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure th e management and oversight of business process controls and security controls requirements across all financial processes. Additionally, the role will have ownership of SAP Global Risk Compliance (GRC), Process Controls (PC) deliverables for Risk, Compliance & Control Management processes.

This position is responsible to:

+ Work with the GRC PC Control Lead to ensure process consistency, accuracy, and standardization in the implementation and use of the SAP GRC PC technology

+ Evaluate, configure, optimize, and monitor the business rules and controls included in GRC PC

+ Work with the GRC RM&C and Controllers GRCC teams to define and enhance the GRC PC governance and strategy

+ Work with Business Partners to ensure agreement in the design and implementation of GRC PC controls

+ Work with internal and external parties to develop business controls and "Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICOFR) framework applicable within the scope of Pfizer business requirements

+ Ensure business process controls performance activities are defined, communicated, performed, monitored, and escalated

+ Manage, track, and govern the GRC PC activities and responsibilities across the GRC PC teams

+ Provide key GRC PC metrics and ongoing communication to key stakeholders

+ Ensure ongoing process improvement and collaborate with appropriate business partners

+ Align and collaborate with various project teams from the SAP ERP, GFS, Commercial Finance, PGS Finance, BT, Corporate Audit, Controllers, etc. to assess potential impacts to GRC PC and drive consistency, effectiveness and efficiencies

+ Oversee and ensure that GRC PC global standards are met in regards to PC control monitoring, change management, user access management, and process excellence

+ Provide user training on GRC PC

+ Perform a self-assessment review to ensure GRC PC BAU processes are followed and executed in accordance with established SOPs.

**Education and Experience:**

+ 3 -5 Years related work experience in Business Processes, Audit, Business Technology and Finance Compliance.

+ Bachelor's Degree in Business discipline, Finance, Computer Science or other related field is preferred.

+ Broad knowledge of finance and accounting; excellent analytical skills.

+ Experience managing multiple tasks, competing priorities and conflicts.

+ Experience with problem solving situations; includes approaches used, tools, tactics used managing for effective outcomes.

+ Experience working in a dynamic team environment

**Technical Skills** : In order to achieve success in this role, the incumbent demonstrates the following:

+ Business process controls and Sarbanes Oxley expertise / key risks and controls understanding

+ SAP GRC and Process Control experience

+ Excellent verbal and communication skills; Can communicate with Business Partners to explain difficult issues and works to establish consensus

+ Strong analytical and problem solving skills combined with strong influencing / negotiating skills

+ High competency with analytical and reporting tools (including MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, Project)

+ Fundamentals of Financial Controls & Accounting Principles including competency in SAP, BI and other Pfizer business systems

+ Strong cognitive skills; ability to reason and form ideas and develops solutions to avoid recurrence
