You will work within the Analytics organization supporting AAL Coordination of Benefits team.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Data analyst role responsible for working in conjunction with business analysts to develop, test and implement new production audit opportunities and trends
  • Create algorithms to data mine member, claims and COB data
  • Support SAS processes in a production environment
  • Diagnosis and solve problems with SAS processes
  • Focus on driving productivity and quality to aide business partners in achieving and exceeding monthly goals
  • Analyze a client's data files for quality, quantity, and accuracy
  • Use of SQL / SAS skills to identify data anomalies which may impact our processes
  • Perform proof of concept analyses
  • Develop, collect and analyze metrics and data to formulate fact - based decisions and proactively implement process improvements
  • Use metrics, excellent time management skills and leadership skills to ensure business objectives and goals are met
  • Developing and pioneering approaches to emerging industry trends
  • Contribute to large, complex projects to achieve key business objectives
  • Motivate and inspire other team members
  • Collaborate on application architecture design, enhancements, and decision-making
  • Organize and execute multiple re-occurring and one - off tasks and projects at one time
  • Troubleshooting and problem solving with an analytical mindset
