Move Scheduling

  • Coordinate all aspects of fountain scheduling and support vendor and cooler scheduling work.
  • Enter orders to trucks as scheduled
  • Enter route changes/re-work
  • Complete confirmation calls
  • Complete daily CETS maintenance
  • ID orders to route
  • Enter job duration, schedule date, sequence, truck (crew)
  • Assess orders missing Special Instructions: 'on hold'
  • Manage escalations
  • Review RN assigned orders for valid match, graphics, accessories; assign equipment
  • Review orders missing Prep Instructions: 'on hold'
  • Manage escalations

Service Call Support

  • Provide direct field support on service call management to include overwatch of the GANT/Click Software dispatch tool

Manage incomplete service calls and reconcile.

National Accounts

  • Coordinate PCNA account conversions:
  • Inquire if local MEM Team accepts the move activity.
  • Reports back to PCNA if the account needs to be installed by a third party.
  • Request survey from locations
  • Request install dates to meet conversion deadline from the schedulers.
  • Provides PCNA with move schedules for account conversions.
  • Provide updates to PCNA and local MEM team on progress towards conversion completion.
  • Acts as a conduit for account activity to the SoCal MEM and Sales organizations.
  • Ensure 100% payment for all move activities

Complete National Coordinator Coverage Items:

  • Income Report - weekly
  • Escalation SPA Box - daily
  • Update CA Contacts with new role
  • Project Updates - daily
  • Confirmation Clean-up - weekly
  • CETS Pending Service Orders - daily
  • Open Order Report - weekly
  • RR/PM Reports - weekly

Equipment Inventory

  • Order all PCNA equipment for all National Account installs.
  • Manage PCNA Inventory to below a 20 day inventory.
  • Acquire return good numbers for equipment of cancelled installs
  • Shipping and receiving process
  • Warehouse productivity time sheet
  • GCS location process

Manage Sudden Service Program

  • Maintain customer database to ensure 100% payment of eligible sudden service income.
  • Develop a plan to achieve 100% execution of all required National Account Preventative Maintenance.
  • Provide weekly updates to the MEM leadership team on the progress of the PM execution.
  • Manage weekly Sudden Service rejects to maximize income potential.

  • Location Communication process including safety
  • Shipping and receiving process
  • Inventory Control Process including period end inventory reconciliation
  • Contact for Naked Juice and Rockstar vendors
  • Purchase supplies
  • Service swap process

Selected candidates must have strong communication and PC skills and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT. Interpersonal skills as well as:

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer drive and focus; prior customer service or related experience
  • Superior problem solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to use multiple PC applications simultaneously i.e. Microsoft Office Products, Adobe Creative Suite Applications
  • Ability to quickly grasp new PBC/PDC applications.
  • Demonstrates continuous improvement mindset.

Basic Job Qualification

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent job experience preferred
  • Previous supply chain, customer service and logistics experience

  • Office Suite
  • Willingness to travel - 10%
