Description:

The Senior Service Manager role leads the site's supply chain organization \"As One\" to execute against key service metrics across all channels (Bulk, GES, Vend etc.). Develop site supply chain priorities and capability as part of the site leadership team. Serve as the leadership point of contact for all sales regions served by the plant. Engage region sales teams to execute promotional planning agenda.

  • Provide leadership for site supply chain priorities, establishing processes and KPMs.
  • Champion region forecast management process.
  • Prioritize product availability and allocation decisions across GES, bulk, Bin and vend channels.
  • Manage site capacity planning and build up execution.
  • Lead GES invoice accuracy agenda.
  • Own site Fill Rate performance.
  • Participate as part of site leadership team to make site wide trade off decisions between service and cost.
  • Lead site supply chain productivity agenda.
  • Operations representative at Region Business Team meetings.
  • Participate in Zone Sales Meetings
  • 1:1 engagement of ZSLs and sales RVP.
  • Develop and roll out processes to gain sales feedback for GES channel.


Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of Frito Lay field operational experience in manufacturing, warehouse or traffic.
  • Sales Operation experience engaging sales in the region sales and service
  • Hands on experience with field supply chain execution systems, including one or more of the following of the following: DRP, OSO management, Pipeline, DPP, ICS.
  • Strong analytical skills including advance MS Excel (Pivot tables etc.) and Business Objects query development.
  • Track record of driving field supply chain process improvements.
  • Strong leadership skills with proven ability to set vision, explore new processes & technologies, communicate strategies and manage change.
  • Solid analytical, problem solving, trouble-shooting skills; Planning and Organizational skills.
